1. Cucumber-Mint Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the cucumbers and mint leaves in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  3. Add lemon juice, cold water, and honey/sugar to the pitcher. Stir well.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with cucumber slices and mint leaves.

2. Watermelon-Basil Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups diced seedless watermelon
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend the watermelon, basil leaves, and lime juice in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  3. Add sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently.
  4. Pour over ice cubes in individual glasses and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

4. Blue Agave Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces tequila made from blue agave
  • 1 ounce blue curaçao liqueur
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce agave nectar
  • Ice cubes
  • Salt or sugar (for rimming the glass)
  • Lime wedge or blueberries (for garnish)

Instructions 

  1. Rim a margarita glass with salt or sugar by moistening the rim with a lime wedge and dipping it into a plate with salt or sugar.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill it.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, blue curaçao liqueur, lime juice, and agave nectar.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
  5. Discard the ice from the margarita glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
